e+Solutions , found in 2018 by UFL Group, is a technology driven e-Commerce fulfillment services provider. Our goal is to make e-Commerce logistics easier and accessible for our merchants by optimizing the order fulfilment process, so that they can focus on things that are more important – adding value to their products and growing their business.

With our logistics experience, global network and web-based system, e+Solutions offers a cost-effective one-stop e-Commerce fulfillment services that include inbound management, stocking, picking and packing, and door-to-door delivery. Our in-house developed cloud-based fulfilment platform allows merchants to have complete data visibility by integrating with their multi-online selling channels.

e+Solutions is a brand under the UFL Group, a federal air freight company with over 50 years of experience in cargo and logistics. UFL has a comprehensive global logistics network and currently owns wholly-owned companies in 17 countries including Asia, North America, and Europe, as well as exclusive agents in over 150 cities worldwide, providing reliable online store logistics solutions for supply chains and e-commerce around the world.

Wholly-owned e-Commerce Fulfillment Center

Our wholly-owned e-Commerce fulfillment center (EFC) with 29,000 square feet has gained ISO9001 certificate which tightly complies with the standard of international quality management. Besides alarm and fire system well equipped inside and outside the centre, there are security guards patrolling 24 hours a day to ensure all items are safely and properly stored.

Our e-Commerce fulfillment center already has the necessary hardware for storing and order processing, plus the associated software that is required for system integration and end-to-end data transparency.

Wholly-owned Co-working Space

Our wholly-owned co-working space, with nearly 5,000 square feet, is located at the core business district of Kowloon Bay, in which professional photography equipment, product display area and venue for product launching event are available for clients to use for their business.
