• Parcel Management & Tracking: Provides real-time customs clearance updates, allowing users to monitor declaration progress and track parcel status instantly.

How to Complete Parcel Verification and Customs Declaration?
When your overseas purchase arrives and requires customs clearance, the EZ WAY app will send you a push notification reminding you to complete the goods declaration.
Declaration Steps:
1. Open EZ WAY app, select “Customs Identity Authorization” to view packages pending declaration
2. Click on the pending parcel to proceed with declaration verification
3. Verify the declared value and items categories
4. Confirmation options:

- If information is correct: Select “Declaration Matches”
- If information is incorrect: Select “Declaration Mismatch” and explain the reason for rejection – customs will investigate
5. After completing the declaration confirmation, the system will automatically process the customs application and notify the logistics company for subsequent delivery
