Our plans offer maximum flexibility and are not tied to long-term contracts. Storage fees are based on the actual volume of your inventory, allowing you to adjust your stock levels as needed. If you decide to discontinue our services, simply provide us with a 30-day written notice, and we’ll handle the return and follow-up of your goods.

Our temperature-controlled warehouses are equipped to handle a wide variety of online retail products. However, we do not handle hazardous materials (such as explosives or chemicals), prohibited items, or controlled substances. 3. Online Store Order Processing

Yes, we do! If you need them, we offer bubble wrap for packaging your online orders at no extra cost. Additionally, you can purchase our e+Solutions courier bags, which come in two sizes: 35 x 27.5 cm and 39.5 x 52 cm. We also offer uncolored cartons in various sizes, giving you the flexibility to choose the packaging that best suits your needs.

Absolutely. We support a wide range of delivery options to meet your customers’ preferences, including SF Express、SF Pickup Points、SF Smart Lockers、JD、Cainaio、 Pickupp 、 Morning Express 、 DHL 、 Hong Kong Post, and more. Once you’ve selected your preferred delivery service, we’ll handle the shipping of your orders on your behalf.

From Monday to Saturdays, the cutoff time is 11:00 AM. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays. For HKTVmall merchants, the daily cutoff time is 1:00 PM. If you upload your orders to the e+Solutions system before the cutoff time, we will arrange for same-day delivery. Orders submitted after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.

4. International Shipping

Customs duties are taxes required to be paid when goods are imported to the destination customs. Customs will calculate the tax amount based on factors such as the goods’ HS Code (Harmonized System Code), declared value, and origin. Generally, all imported goods must pay duties according to their categories unless exempted.

Customs duties can be paid by either the sender or recipient, depending on the chosen delivery model. Merchants can choose between two options:

DDU/DAP: When goods arrive at destination, recipient pays customs duties and other taxes directly to local customs
DDP: Sender pays all duties and fees before shipping, recipient has no additional charges

The choice between these options depends on the merchant’s business needs and risk tolerance.

The de minimis value threshold is a customs duty exemption limit set by each country for personal imports. When the dutiable value of imported goods falls below this threshold, no customs duties are required. The threshold varies by country, and actual charges are calculated according to the latest regulations of the destination customs.

When shipping internationally, merchants must correctly provide recipient details, contact numbers, detailed declaration of goods and value, along with HS Code, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin documents. Additionally, use appropriate packaging materials to protect goods and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Before shipping, understand import restrictions of the destination country to avoid prohibited or controlled items. Finally, choose suitable duty payment terms (DDU/DAP or DDP) and understand the destination country’s tax rates and duty-free thresholds to ensure smooth customs clearance.
